- American Dietetic Association Registered Dietitian(RD); State of Texas Licensed Dietitian(LD) or RD eligible with plans for sitting for the exam within 60 days of hire date
- Experience in providing MNT with an emplasis on education
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Familiar with menu development
- Must be able to analyze dietary needs
- Must possess the ability to multi-task
- Ability to understand and implement a team oriented approach
